LEAD WITH US

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our management team as the Cafe Manager of our Carlsbad cafe. This position leads our Carlsbad team and oversees the day-to-day operations of the cafe. The position is full time, and weekend are required. We are seeking someone passionate about team development both in coffee skills and excellent customer service. This role requires someone naturally gifted with people and managing operations, with past proven ability to be a leader and perform at a high level, inspiring others to do the same.

THE JOB

Daily ensuring an excellent specialty coffee experience for our guests

Leads, hires, manages, and trains our FOH team

Oversees all cafes operations; including scheduling, ordering, daily service, facilities, equipment, customer service, etc

Works closely with other REVO departments like kitchen, commissary, pastry, and roasting teams to ensure cafe service and product is held to our standards at all times

QUALITIES

This role requires someone who is exceptional at developing and upholding standards amongst a team of peers. Our management sets a high bar and supports staff as much as needed for our team to meet and exceed it. Being able to correct and teach with poise is essential.

We’re looking for someone detail oriented with a brain wired to manage several people and projects at once. You will be responsible for keeping the cafe running smoothly and creating a culture of hard working and passionate people who deliver an exceptional experience at all times.
